SIR के नाम पर बेसिक शिक्षा के अध्यापक और शिक्षामित्र BLO और सुपरवाइजर ड्यूटी में भेज दिए गए हैं. नतीजा. स्कूल खुले हैं, बच्चे मौजूद हैं, लेकिन टीचर नहीं. लखनऊ के परिषदीय स्कूलों की जमीनी पड़ताल में सामने आया कि एक शिक्षक 80 से 100 बच्चों को संभाल रहा है, कई कक्षाओं में सिर्फ खाली कुर्सियां हैं. सवाल यही है. क्या बच्चों की पढ़ाई चुनावी ड्यूटी से भी कम अहम है.
